I completed this project for my 10 week Senior Capstone at Cedarville University.  I knew I wanted to address the vacancy of women's signature shoes in the basketball industry, especially as the WNBA is gaining publicity and has a bright future.  I reached out to Jewell Loyd about designing a signature shoe for her and she immediately was on board.  Not only was this an incredible opportunity to learn and grow as a designer, but it gave me the chance to experience working with, and designing for, a professional athlete at the top of her game. As Jewell is a member of Kobe's "Mamba Army", this shoe was designed to be an extension of the Kobe line with unique design details specifically for Jewell.
